Who am I helping?
Although originally conceived as a way to help New Jersey small businesses, after seeing the widespread devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy, we decided to extend our reach to include all states affected by the storm. We look to work with small businesses up and down the East Coast.
What products do you offer?
We offer a variety of products from businesses either directly affected by Hurricane Sandy or businesses looking to raise funds to help those that were. All profits raised through the sale of our products goes towards helping in the recovery effort. New artists and businesses add products weekly so check back often and sign up for our newsletter.
When will my order ship?
Items typically ship out in 2-3 weeks after placing the order. Since we are working with many different crafters and artists, some creating custom pieces, we like to give them a fair amount of lead time to allow them to prepare the orders.
Where does the money go?
We disperse our funds in a variety of ways, including micro-loans for small businesses and grants to help small business owners get back on their feet. We also work with small businesses closely to find out what specific needs they have and how we can best assist them.
Do you accept cash donations as well?
We do. However, our paperwork with the IRS applying for 501(c)3 status has not gone through yet, so any donations are not yet tax deductible. We will be on the books as a registered non-profit in the next few months.

Is my donation tax deductible?
We are in the process of filing for 501c3 status with the IRS to be a public charity. As you know, review and approval takes time, and we project that we would have status within 3 months.
Can I donate online?
As soon as our paperwork goes through with the IRS, we will set up an online location to donate.
